You can reset your cPanel password by logging into the members area at http://www.prohostmanagment.com/clients
Once you are logged in, click on "My Products and Services"
That will bring up your hosting account - on the right hand side there will be a small green arrow - click on that green arrow.
It will bring you to your Hosting Account details where you can view your cPanel login information, and even reset your cPanel password.
