Help! You're Not Responding To My Tickets, or Emails!

If you're ever in this situation, please be aware of the following:

* 1. We respond to tickets in the order they were received.
* 2. The more tickets you submit, the less likely your ticket is to get responded to in a timely fashion*

*The reason for this is because by submitting more tickets, your tickets get in the way of us giving our other customers a fair chance at having their problems solved.

Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm MST -- We're working on getting back to you as fast as we can!
