When will my account be suspended if I am past due?

You have 5 days after the date due before we will shut down your account. You can make payment at anytime once it is suspended and your account will be automatically re-enabled.

If you do not pay your account within 60 days after the due day, your account will automatically terminated, but you are still responsible for any past due amounts.
